Want to put the difference between France and Italy?
Paris puts a damper, for love of country, Jacques Chirac opened the trial of the judiciary after the two presidential terms during which the rule was worth the temporary immunity to the Head of State.
In Rome you play the drum for the trials against Silvio Berlusconi and the magistrates in Milan which left the opposition looking to liquidate a president by judicial Council which has been denied any form of temporary immunity.
The question is: why? The immunity does not delete the temporary process, simply return it.
The answer is one: in Italy are not trying to condemn Berlusconi, trying to remove from political life in a ruling that inhibit public office.
And this must be done now.
