PER LA PETIZIONE AFFINCHE' SIANO RESI PUBBLICI I NOMINATIVI DELL'AZIENDE CHE AI SENSI DELLA LEGGE N° 68/99 HANNO L'OBBLIGO DELLE ASSUNZIONI DEGLI INVALIDI.
Con la presente crediamo opportuno comunicare a tutti i firmatari of the petition, to date 438 people, a first result obtained on the same subject of the petition request.
Following the signature collection;
After the article appeared in the newspaper (Il Tirreno 06/01/2011)
replication with the provincial delegations to work (01/11/2011 Il Tirreno) The
'formal meeting was with the latter and the competent management on 13/01;
Other exchanges in which the differences emerged on the overall assessment of the problem we had with the commissioner and especially with the governing body;
The next meeting with the provincial ombudsman on 09/02;
has been reached following mediazione
che ad oggi, rispetto all'impostazione precedente, risulta comunque un risultato, che speriamo possa essere nel tempo migliorato.
Prima come funzionava:
L'invalido si recava al centro impiego e si prenotava alle offerte di lavoro delle categorie protette. Compilava l'apposita domanda (Mod. IDO 03 – AUTOCANDIDATURA) e questa veniva inviata dal centro impiego tramite fax alle aziende corrispondenti. Il nominativo delle aziende, di cui non si conosceva il nome, non veniva rivelato neppure su richiesta esplicita da parte dei disabili. Quest'ultimi non conoscendo l'identità delle aziende era negato loro anche la possibilità di presentarsi di persona, consegnare un curriculum, apply for a job interview. No indication to which many companies direct their research passively waiting in vain that one day someone responded to their request for work. Many waited for some time ....
Now how it works:
After the disability has booked the job, if after a few days (this is what has been obtained by petition), does not receive any calls from businesses, may, by filling out the form below, (taken at the following address:
