Perché, in quest’ultimo caso, without the consent of the person concerned (ie the Cav., landlord), will incur an offense under the law, " anyone improperly obtains information or images relating to privacy will be punished with imprisonment from 6 months to 4 years and who reveals the same punishment or disseminating such information or images. This obviously applies to any kind of image or wrongly snatched news. " One might therefore conclude that the prosecutor in Milan is already aware of a news criminis (someone has "unduly procured news or pictures) but, at least to our knowledge, has not moved against those who committed the crime.
Worse, "admits "to be in possession of illegally made those shots that" when "are not useful in the investigation.
Finally, some newspapers and journalists give for a fact that Berlusconi's nude photos are circulating .....( obviously photographed at his home), then, who took them has Commes a crime and those who disseminate or engage in another. Because the prosecution did not investigate? and do not send the police to the home of these journalists? (As is usually the journalists of The Journal)?
As long as the attorney acting under the motto that the end justifies the means, we can not remain silent ....
and is approaching the day we are going to demonstrate "peacefully" in the house Edmondo Bruti Liberati, but not to bring roses.
